ICONET presents at the IPIC2020 Event
IPIC2020 is an International Physical Internet (PI) Conference in its 7th year and was held on 18th until 20th November at Shenzhen University, Shenzhen, CHINA.
An overview of the whole project was presented followed by a detailed look at the activity and achievements of one of the Living Labs LL3 – eCommerce centric PI network. SONAE MC is the leading food retailer in Portugal and the main objective of this Living Lab was to measure the impact of the PI framework of services in two main areas of the eCommerce distribution network; the fulfilment process and the operational cost.
